Use organic ingredients if you can!
1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and begin to chop - raise speed as you begin to notice the ingredients mixing together.
2. Once the ingredients are mixed together, remove from the food processor, and place into an 8x8 dish. Press down with your spoon or spatula to create a compact square.
3. Place in the refrigerator for roughly 2-3 hours before cutting.
You can substitute other nuts and seeds based on your preference. Be creative!
